Kutless, Tree 63, Rebecca St. James, Luis Palau and Stephen Baldwin also to attend

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (February 16, 2006) – Last week they won a GRAMMY Award and this fall they’ll be performing in Sioux Falls at the largest free, outdoor Christian Music Festival in the country. Casting Crowns, who received a GRAMMY for Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album, will make their second appearance at the LifeLight Christian Music Festival this year. The festival will be held Labor Day weekend at Wild Water West in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Casting Crowns has performed to more than 1 million people in concert, sold more than 1 million records, and were the most played artist on all Christian radio formats combined in 2004. Some of the bands recognizable hits include “Voice of Truth,” “Who Am I” and “If We Are the Body.” The GRAMMY was for their Gold-certified sophomore album Lifesong.

LifeLight also announced that Portland rockers Kutless, South African-bred Tree 63, GRAMMY-winning Rebecca St. James, evangelist Luis Palau and Livin It, the skateboarding tour with actor Stephen Baldwin, will be attending the festival. Once complete, the lineup for the 2006 LifeLight Christian Music Festival will include approximately 100 performers on six different stages over three days. As musical acts and speakers are confirmed, information will be posted at
